Coach Dong Ln

A road going into Pasco High is called Coach Dong Ln. Coach Dong is the tennis coach at Pasco High and has been since before I went there. He is famous for the phrase "milk shake them" which basically means to hit the other team with the ball, then drink a milkshake.

To the left you can see the tennis courts and in the distance there is the Pasco Les Schwab. Pretty exciting stuff.

Starlite Motel

Starlite Motel. Located over by the train tracks behind the airport. I have never stayed there, but its been there as long as I can remember. Its just up the street from Irrigation Specialists. We were over there browsing some possible sprinkler options when I decided to take a snap shot.

Lucky Dollar

Down the street from the courthouse is the Carniceria La Barata. When I was younger it was called the Lucky Dollar. I liked going there because grama would buy us mexican popsicles, and maybe if we were lucky, a box of cocoa puffs, the kind with the monkey on the front.

Franklin County Courthouse

A jonty photo of the courthouse, as taken our my car window. We wizzed past on saturday afternoon. They renovated the building a couple years ago, rendering it quite fancy. Note the golden eagle shining in its newness and glory. This is where people from pasco and surrounding areas go to get fingerprinted, or take care of tickets. You also go there because of crimes and probably many other reasons. Its a nice looking building and complements the surrounding areas, parks, taco wagons, and bakeries.

Work on the Chiawana High School off Argent and Road 88. Pasco will finally have two high schools. "Chiawana go to Chiawana High School?"

Defrost
